Important Notes for Travelers:

  • Flexibility: While we’ve provided confirmed and estimated dates, please remember that event dates, especially for smaller community gatherings, can sometimes shift. Always check the official event pages or the organizers’ social media closer to your travel dates.
  • Tickets: For larger festivals and parties like Lollipop, Isle of MTV, Mighty Hoopla, and Pride events, it’s highly recommended to purchase tickets in advance, especially VIP options, as they can sell out quickly.
  • Accommodation: Hotels and guesthouses, particularly in popular areas like Valletta, St. Julian’s, and Victoria (Gozo), fill up fast, especially during major events like Pride and large festivals. Book your accommodation well in advance to secure the best deals and locations.
  • Transport: Malta has a good public transport system, but for some events, especially in more rural areas of Gozo, a rental car or ride-sharing might be more convenient.
  • Beyond the Calendar: Don’t forget to explore the everyday gay-friendly spots in Malta, such as Michelangelo Club Lounge, Maori, and Kaktüs Cafe&Booze, which often host regular themed nights and are great places to meet locals and other travelers.

We hope this calendar helps you plan an unforgettable and inclusive trip to Malta and Gozo! See you there!
